Sports academies and clubs were relying on disjointed systems - spreadsheets for scheduling, paper forms for attendance, and multiple communication channels. This inefficiency was limiting their growth and making it difficult to track athlete progress. We set out to create an all-in-one solution that would bring order to their operations.

The Challenge

The system needed to serve multiple stakeholders - academy owners needed business insights, coaches required training tools, and players/parents wanted progress visibility. Creating a unified experience that met all these needs without becoming overly complex was our primary challenge. Additionally, the solution had to be flexible enough to accommodate different sports with their unique requirements.
